Nicole is the CEO/FOUNDER of I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y ENTERPRISE, which stands for Inward Notion To Enhance Great Reform In Transforming You!

The organization caters to young ladies who have been Domestically Abused, Introduced to Sex Trafficking, Mental/Substance Awareness and  Youth Homelessness. 

Nicole is dedicated to assisting with those in the community by providing food for  families monthly, clothing and resources, advocate for those who have been forced to be silent.

With life experience of advocacy increasing awareness and reduced risk factors for young women. Nicole has been a face in the community and apart of various organizations in order to become on one accordance. 

I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y has helped many women  real the cycle of Homelessness and poverty by implementing workshops,  financial literacy,  supportive housing,  exit plans from their abusers, and ENTREPRENEURSHIP programming.

I.N.T.E.G.R.I.T.Y is in Incubation stages planning for a physical house in-order to Transition the ladies from shelter to their own independent living.
